- Do you ship to my country?
We ship to EU countries, UK, Switzerland, Norway, US, Canada, Australia, UAE and Saudi Arabia
- What is the shipping cost?
FREE Shipping across the EU. US, Canada, Australia: shipping cost is calculated at the checkout page.
- What forms of payments are accepted?
We accept bank transfer payment. We also accept PayPal payment. You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure website during your payment.
- Can I order as a EU company/business and to use VAT exempt?
Yes, If you are a VAT-registered business in EU, you may be eligible for VAT exemption on this purchase. Please enter your valid VAT number in the filed on the checkout page to exempt VAT. Prices will be automatically calculated without added VAT.
- How is VAT (Value-Added Tax) calculated?
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
– For orders made from private person (not a company) from EU, VAT will be addied automatically at the checkout page.
– For business purchases from within the EU, VAT will be automatically exempted for business customers with a valid EU VAT number. To claim this exemption, please provide your VAT number in the appropriate field on the checkout page.
– ALL orders from United States, Switzerland, UK, Norway, Canada or Saudi Arabia are VAT FREE and no VAT will be reoved automatically on the checkout page.
- I am from Switzerland/UK, but I still get VAT at the checkout?
If you are shopping from a non-EU location (like Switzerland or UK), the VAT will be automatically removed at the checkout page based on your geo-location.
If you still see VAT applied at checkout, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
- How long it is going to take to be delivered?
5-7 business days is delivery; Your order will manufacture and ship within 15 business days.
- Can I return a product if I am not happy?
Yes, if you find that the product is unsuitable please return it in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for either refund or exchange.
- How can I track my order and package?
The tracking is traceable for the place of origin of the shipment and then the place of recipient. If you chose a regular shipping method you can track your package for the place of origin on the web page of the courier (details given on shipping confirmation email), as “Insert into bag” means it has left European Union and next tracking point is your National Post Carrier. If you chose DHL expedited shipping, you can trace it on DHL webpage.
- What thickness of dough can the dough sheeter make?
The dough thickness size can vary from 0.5mm to 20mm. The dough sheeter has an option for a choice of 15 dough thickness sizes.
- Is the dough sheeter good for laminating dough?
Yes. It is designed to laminate dough easily.
- Where do you ship from?
We ship from two fulfillment locations in EU- Italy and Bulgаriа.
- What’s the difference between electric and manual models?
Electric Models use a totally new designed sliding mechanism.
