- What is the shipping cost?
Shipping rate for orders from EU (Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Estonia, France, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania) is €25. For US, Canada, Australia check our Shipping Section.
- Where do you ship to?
We ship to EU countries, UK, US, Canada, Australia, UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- What thickness of dough can the dough sheeter make?
The dough thickness size can vary from 0.5mm to 20mm. The dough sheeter has an option for a choice of 15 dough thickness sizes.
- Can I see the product in sight?

- What forms of payments are accepted?
We accept bank transfer payment with secure 256-bit SSL encryption checkout. We also accept PayPal payment. You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure website during your payment.
- How long will it take you to ship my order?
Please allow 18 business days for order processing and manufacturing.
- Do I have to pay additional taxes?
No additional tax is applied if you order from within EU.
Customers in countries outside EU may be subject to import taxes. Please check your country’s import fees before checking out.
- Are your shipments registered?
Yes, we ship only registered mail, so all of the packages have tracking numbers.
- How long it is going to take to be delivered?
It depends of your location and chosen shipping method. Please visit our customer service section for details.
- Can I return a product if I am not happy?
Yes, if you find that the product is unsuitable please return it in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for either refund or exchange.
- How can I track my order and package?
The tracking is traceable for the place of origin of the shipment and then the place of recipient. If you chose a regular shipping method you can track your package for the place of origin on the web page of the courier (details given on shipping confirmation email), as “Insert into bag” means it has left European Union and next tracking point is your National Post Carrier. If you chose DHL expedited shipping, you can trace it on DHL webpage.
- Is the dough sheeter good for making puff pastry dough?
Yes. It is designed to laminate dough easily.
- Where do you ship from?
We ship from two fulfillment locations in EU- Italy and Bulgаriа.
- How long are the Dough Sheeter boards and are they food safe?
The LM980 board is longer than the LM750 board. The LM980 board is 98 cm long, while the LM750 board is 75 cm long. We use only food aproved boards- made in Germany. - What’s the difference between L and LM models?
The LM series represents our pinnacle of sheeting technology. Featuring advanced board movement and stabilization systems, these machines deliver superior performance. The L series offer also excellent lamination, but at a reduced cost by incorporating resin components in place of some stainless steel.
