Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer.
By ticking the checkbox at checkout and clicking “Place order”, you place a binding order (you confirm your order) and agree to pay the full price shown at checkout.
Payment is by bank transfer only. Right after you place your order, you will be forwarded to our bank details page and will also receive an email with our bank details and your order number. You must pay within 3 working days of placing your order. Use your order number as the payment reference. Your order is confirmed when we receive your payment. Production and delivery start only after payment is received.

- Prices Based on Location:
Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged on all EU private orders. VAT is not applied to any orders outside the EU. - Prices Based on Type of customer based in EU:
For customers located within the European Union, Value Added Tax is applied based on your account status and geographic location. Private consumers residing in any EU member state are charged the standard VAT rate of 20%. Business customers located in an EU member state outside, who provide a valid VAT registration number verified through the EU VIES system will be billed at 0% VAT under the intra-Community reverse charge mechanism. If an EU business fails to provide a valid, VIES-verified VAT number at checkout, the transaction will be processed as a private consumer purchase and local VAT will be charged. - Guest Visitors: Our system is set to show prices with not added VAT .
- International Orders: If you are ordering from outside EU tax jurisdiction (e.g., USA, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, Canada), VAT will be removed entirely from your total at the final stage of checkout.

To qualify for VAT exemption on EU company and business orders, please enter your valid company VAT number on the checkout page (see image below).

Import FEES & TAXES FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS

To our valued U.S. partners and customers.
Please find the updated tariff and compliance details for your upcoming shipment from the European Union. Under the U.S.-EU Trade Framework (Effective August 1, 2025), the import process for our machinery has been simplified to provide cost stability.
1. Applicable Tariff Rate: 15% Our machinery (HTS 8438.10) is subject to the 15% All-Inclusive Ceiling Rate.
- This rate is a single, flat duty that covers the entire value of the machine.
- Important Note: Our machine HTS code is excluded from the 50% Section 232 Metal Surcharges Derivative and such surgarge is not applied.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
All refunds of the item sale price will be credited to the same credit
card or paypal account used for the original purchase.
You can return the item within 14 days of receipt.
The refund will be issued as soon as we receive your return and it must be in PERFECT condition.
We do not issue refunds before we receive the item back to our address.
Please allow 1-2 days from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited.
We will reimburse up to €55 in shipping costs for returns if the product is reported as damaged due to transportation or any other reason.
OTHER TERMS, CANCELATIONS & CLAIMS
All prices are listed without added VAT, depending of your shipping location and type of purchase (company or private) adding VAT will vary and will be auto calculated. Orders not paid within 3 working days may be cancelled, and we cannot guarantee the price or availability after cancellation. We are committed to shipping your order within the timelines stated in our terms. However, if any unforeseen delay in shipping occurs that falls outside of the stated timeframe, you have the full right to request a complete refund for the amount paid for your order. Should this situation arise, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours of your request. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled due to external circumstances, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions or inability to service your delivery location; in such cases, a full refund will be issued. Orders placed with bank payment options will be automatically canceled if payment is not completed within five business days of the order or invoice being issued.
